I went into Lexus of Durham for service & inspection for my 2013 Lexus RX 350 and the next day had a new leased 2015 Lexus. RTX350. I did not intend to get a new car! The sales specialist was great (Peter P). This is my third RX350 from this dealer. Love their Customer Service. We discuss the Lexus Customer Service model at my company and try to use it to show the importance of our customers & the right way to treat them.
