Hendrick never fails to earn its reputation for thorough and courteous service. This is true across its various dealerships but my most favorite experience is with Saad Mubarak at the BMW dealership. He clearly tries hard at every opportunity to provide thoughtful service advice concerning our aging BMW which I love too much to trade.. I trust him to know what is necessary and he always manages to set up appointments that are convenient and timely. I cannot recommend him more highly!!!

    Luca Reyner has been providing service to my wife and I for several years now. He is always attentive to our requirements and consistently meets his promises for quality, cost and timely delivery of our vehicle. He goes out of his way to handle sometimes unscheduled issues that arise and we have never been disappointed with his service. He is an ace and we would recommend him to all people that need BMW service in the Charlotte area.

    My visit with Hendrick BMW was very good and super quick. I knew that I wanted a 550i, and went in to see them. Brian Barry helped me and identified several vehicles, we test drove and I wound up purchasing one the same day. The sales process was quick and easy, and the car is fantastic. I will definitely purchase from them again!

    I loved the BMW 535i xdrive from the day I test drove in May 2015. Jordan DeVore, the manager explained me the benefits of 535i from top to bottom compared with Audi A6 & Lexus GS 350. He helped me to get the best car with good features for best cost in less time when compared to other BMW dealers in NC & SC, but the pricing and service from Hendrick BMW Charlotte was the best. Jordan also recommended to get my car delivery from Greer SC thru BMW performance delivery program, which I had to drive the similar 535i in tracks and x5 in rocky rocks (the experience was amazing). The team there explained me the features for about 3 hrs, which is very useful and it is truly awesome. I'm 100% satisfied customer of Hendrick BMW Charlotte and a proud owner. Thank you Jordan

  • Unable to Get ETA On Car Repairs

    2/3/2015 Update 1/30/15: Used Car bought from Hendricks Honda(BMW transferred from Hendricks BMW for purchase) 1/31/15: Car Breaks Down (less than 24 hrs later). Dealer says vehicle will be towed to another dealership Monday for repairs 2/2/15: Contacted selling dealership, dealership initially went to for repairs, and destination dealership and noone able to locate car until approximately 3pm (which means car still hasnt been diagnosed) 2/2/15: Contacted by Hendricks and assured everything would be resolved. 2/3/15: Contacted dealership early AM, still no diagnosis. 2/3/15: End of business day. No update or follow up calls from any of the three dealerships involved to provide a status on newly purchased car that broke down less than 24 hrs later (no sense of urgency). 2/4/15 Update 2/4/15: Contacted by GM of Hendrick Honda of Hickory (dealership that sold BMW). He was very apologetic but unable to provide status of car, because he has not been able to obtain an update from Hendricks BMW. Assured me that issue has been escalated. 2/4/15: Received a call from BMW service department saying it is a injector issue, but there is no ETA on repair. Diagnosis with no resolution is not a proper diagnosis??? Have not received any direct communication from BMW GM or Service department manager. BMW has had car 3 days and cannot provide an ETA for a repair?

    Sales experience is poor. First you have to literally beg to get a sales agent and when you get one they act as if they own the world and you are only renting a space in it. I put down my deposit and they told me that my car should arrive on Monday next week. I called them Monday and could not get in touch with the sales rep. I called them again and left a message and asked them to return the call and never got a response back. Called the manager, who was unavailable to speak to me. For the amount of money you are going to spend for the car, you may as well get the service worth the money. Let me tell you, you are not going to get it at Hendrick BMW in Charlotte, NC.
  • Worst Dealership Ever!!!!!

    I took my BMW for some repair work and it they couldn't fix even the most simple problems. Repeat visits made the problems I was incurring even worse. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to fix the car properly I directly called the general manager and service manager. They pushed the calls off to people below them because they must have been too busy to deal with a customer. Finally called BMW of North America to file a complaint. The dealership didn't return their calls either. The dealership is incompetent and does not care about its customers. I won't be buying another BMW, even though I previously had four BMW's that I purchased new from other dealers. Unfortunately, BMW thought it wise to give a monopoly in the Charlotte area to Hendrick. Love the product can't stand the dealership.

    Found a car on-line through Edmunds available at this dealership. About a hundred miles away from my home, but I wanted to see and ride in the new 328d wagon and there aren't many of those available. I was really pleased with both the car and the sales people. They were helpful without being pushy and fully knowledgeable of a new model. I wish I could have done a little better on my trade in, but what I got may be all that it was worth on the wholesale market.

    Thank you dear Mike my sales rep, Matt financial manager and the wisely patient Chris -;) the sales manager I am impressed guys -:) You really did go the extra mile with me just to make me feel happy (because you care about your customer as well as your reputation) after having a problem that might look not very important to most people but it was that important to me making me quite unable to continue enjoying my car. The extra mile here was giving me the option to customize a new car to my liking, especially that i know you could've argued "you then get the same car" in a trial to make it hard for me to swallow several thousands for the paint touch up problem/inadvertent yet unacceptable -by me- mistake if you will, which would've been really hard for me to justify the loss of money but this way get some more options on the car made me happy with the decision to change the whole car for the paint and look at the loss of money from the angle of getting more options to justify the huge loss so I don't feel guilty for paying for a mistake I didn't make, but only your highly appreciated understanding and I mean Matt and Chris here made it possible to have another highly satisfied Handrick BMW customer and more than likely a guaranteed future customer who probably changes cars every year -:) and especially that this was my first BMW ever!! Regardless of how much money you are making in this trade and I know from reading well about it you are still making some good money both way -;) but I believe you've earned it with the way you treat your customers -;) And as upset as I was then and willing to talk bout a negative experience as much as I am willing now and actually excited to give ya Thumbs up and a sure 10/10 feedback and excellent Internet reviews, Thank you for being at the level of my expectation and even more! P.S I owned Audi Q7 4.2 FSI for 3 years and doesn't compare in any possible way to this X5 50i, this is a lot better in every possible way except the third row and room behind it but that's because it is a smaller car. soooma P.S A very genuine review and not a person who works at the dealership -:)

    I would like to say this car buying experience was the best. My sales guy (David) was great as well as (Colin) and I will never ever be able to thank (Brent) enough for all that they did to make this a wonderful experience for my family and I. We have been praising you guys all over our neck of the woods. I hope it brings you guys more business. They were all great very personable. Good customer service and most of all I went home with a great deal.

    Hands down the best experience I have had with a dealership and specifically my client advisor, Dayne Cook. From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt as if I was being catered to, every question was answered clearly and in its entirety. This is the first time I have considered BMW and after working with Dayne as well as learning how Hendrick BMW operates, I don't think I will ever buy from another dealership. The entire experience was NOT how I expected car buying to be, based off my past 5-10 experiences in the last 30 years. Dayne was honest and upfront concerning every aspect of the process. Additionally he didn't seem to care as much about the sale, he was truely concerned with matching my desires with the perfect vehicle.....being a 2011 535i. Anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle would be very unwise to at least consider Hendrick BMW, they will change your entire perspective on how car buying is.
