  • Trank door asked to fix at the purchase does not lock

    A plastic part on the trank door was broken so I asked to fix at the purchase. They fixed it but now the door does not lock. I have to drive with warning sign on, now I need to take to a Nissan dealer. Makes me angry.

    The sale person was great to work with in fact he pretty much made it easy for me the make purchase .The only thing i did not like is to get the shock of 8.24% finance charge at the end i was going to change my mind for a only $1,000. rebate that is a crazy rate for someone with excellent credit,so i took it anyway an i will go to bank in refinance

    The finding and original purchase was easy, but then it became difficult. The finance dept wouldn’t take a personal check from my husband because my name was not on it. They informed him they would take a cashiers check and when he brought that they gave him the same story until he said fine, find my vehicle we traded in and we’ll bring the new one back then pall of a sudden they could except the cashiers check.

    The staff of this dealership is committed to customer satisfaction. We dealt with two sales staff, one by phone (Tatum)and then another in person, (Mark) when we went to the dealership the following two days. Mark went out of his way to find a vehicle that would meet our needs. We looked at a sedan, then the midsize SUV and finally the Corsair. We drove two of the vehicles and Mark carefully explained the options and pricing. Both Tatum and Mark made us feel totally comfortable with absolutely no sales pressure. We were treated fairly and honestly including all of our discussions with Michael the Financial Director.

    I had been looking at purchasing a Transit Connect for months. In one of my regular searches, I found a very good price for a Connect at Felix Sabates Ford in Charlotte. The advertised price was significantly less than other dealerships in the area. Most of those other dealerships gave me an option to "Get the Internet Price," which I know would have been lower than what they advertised, but it would have had to come down a long way to meet FSF's advertised price. I drove 100 miles to see what they had. The salesman was very nice and helpful. No high pressure. They didn't move on what they were advertising, but I could not imagine anyone else coming down thousands to meet the FSF price. So I bought my vehicle there, and I had them deliver it to my home. There was one tiny problem, the car was a Transit Connec (no T), but they sent that in the mail in two days. All very simple. The salesman has also contacted me after a week to make sure we're happy with it. I'm completely satisfied with the price and buying experience.

    we saw a great opportunity to get a new Lincoln Navigator and Mike drove it out to us, with mask and gloves on, for the test drive. We did all the paperwork with proper safety precautions on my front porch and we ended up never having to go to the dealership at all. Everything was easy and taken care of.
