Excellent Service Advisor

I took my 2015 accord in for service. The Service Advisor, Austin Davidson, was outstanding -- friendly, knowledgeable, and focused. He fully explained the repairs I needed and the options for service, and delivered in a very timely way. He'd previously been a repair tech and knew exactly how it would work. Couldn't have been better.

Glen Barkers phenomenal service!

Glen was able to set up with one of his techs to fix my son’s Subaru Forester, which was having several undercarriage issues. He always does his best to fix it quickly and efficiently and looks out to ensure no extra costs are involved throughout process. I appreciate his attention to detail and communication to the process. Thanks for always taking care of my families vehicles.

Outstanding Service

Another trip to Hendrick Honda Service Center and as always, greeted with a big smile and "good to see you again". This time for a multi-point inspection and complete oil change service. In addition a recall for Idle Stop Software Update. The appointment was made for a time convenient, a short wait and quick car wash and off for another few thousand miles. Shout out to my service advisor and all of Hendrick staff.
