    This is about 7-8 reviews late due to an issue with the wrong email address on file (I never got emails for service review). Austin Davidson has been an amazing advisor to me for about the last two years! He has helped me through many “issues” with my car from helping me navigate my warranty, to getting me the right service at the right time. He has gone above and beyond to help me x1,000!!! I know I can always “phone him up” and get the best advice, most importantly, HONEST advice! Not enough kudos (or stars) available to give him!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone (& I have) who needs a service at Hendrick Honda! I also want to give a shout out to Ryan Johnson who helped me with a service when Ryan was on vacay!!

    Made an appointment to get my car serviced and a state inspection. I have a service plan that covers the oil change, so when I got my invoice, I called to let them know. I had the unfortunate experience of talking to the worst service advisor I've ever encountered. When I told him about the service plan he asked who it was through and I told him that I had purchased it when I got my car at a Honda dealership in Florida. He got very snippy with me and told me there were several places it could have been purchased from and that I was going to have to call the FL dealership to find out what company it was from. Not that I minded calling, but typically when I have had my car serviced at other dealerships, they called the Honda in FL from where I purchased the plan. So I called the GL dealer and asked what company, and they gave me the policy number and name. I called Honda South Blvd and told the service consultant what I had. He then asked me for the phone number, which he did not ask me for before. I had to call the other dealerships again to get the phone number. When I called back, there wasn't a thank you or screw you to be had. Also, when I got to the dealership to pick up my car, they had unplugged my dash cam and just left the wires hanging. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership for anything.

Once the details were provided, we moved forward accordingly, and we regret any inconvenience the process may have caused. Per Hendrick policy, dash cams must be unplugged before a vehicle enters our shop for safety and privacy reasons. We’ll be sure to secure the wiring more neatly going forward.
