Great buying experience

I highly recommend buying a car from EchoPark. The experience is completely different from a traditional dealership. We never felt rushed, and Logan, our Experience Guide, worked with us the entire time—so we didn’t have to deal with a… finance manager trying to upsell or pressure us. The whole process was smooth and took only two hours. I definitely suggest visiting EchoPark and working with Logan—he’s extremely helpful and a pleasure to be around.

She treated me like a friend, and I was able to relax after a long day of car… hunting. I was in a bind and she took my requests to heart and found me exactly what I needed and looked out for me during the purchasing process. I felt well represented and taken care of by both her and the lead. She even followed up with me afterward about how the car was treating me! Five stars and then some! After feeling mislead and tricked by other used car places, echo park was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend echo park for their transparency, and non-pushy methods! (Not to mention the tea bar ;)Tyler
