I am so grateful for my experience with Echo park and my experience guide, Schelett! She was down to earth and understanding and never the least bit pushy. She treated me like a friend, and I was able to relax after a long day of car hunting. I was in a bind and she took my requests to heart and found me exactly what I needed and looked out for me during the purchasing process. I felt well represented and taken care of by both her and the lead. She even followed up with me afterward about how the car was treating me! Five stars and then some! After feeling mislead and tricked by other used car places, echo park was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend echo park for their transparency, and non-pushy methods! (Not to mention the tea bar ;)
