I inquired about the vehicle and got a quick response. I lined up an appointment to see the car two days… later. Several Ford dealers had this same vehicle listed on their web sites, but this dealer was from $500. to $2000. cheaper than the other dealers including other Crossroads dealers. I drove 95 miles to trade for this vehicle. I was impressed with the large inside show room and with the intire purchase process. I recommend this dealer to everyone.Great service and very happy with vehicle

He went out of his way to have the vehicle prioritized for the few repairs necessary, had a new key fob made and… communicated with me immediately when the vehicle was ready. One reason I keep coming back is because of the great people they have working for them. Once through the initial purchasing process, it is all… about the maintenance on the vehicle. I've not had to go to the main service department often, mostly to the Quick Lane. My experience has been that both places have knowledgeable, friendly staff, who listen to the customer and communicate well with them. This goes a long ways in making me feel good about my decision to purchase from Crossroads Ford. Thanks for making life easier!Dishonest, manipulative sales tactics

I was verbally offered a certain price for my vehicle, only that it changed without discussion on the contract that I was pressured to sign. They add an unnecessary Admin fee (do not… let them do this to you). And they changed the APR percentage from one amount to another (I saw them physically change it to 2.99% and then on the signed contract it says 3.99%). This is a shady, dishonest business that prey on your fatigue and unfamiliarity of car selling. Do not buy from here. They cannot be trusted.Above and Beyond

He took us directly to what we asked about. That night we only wanted to look, but because he was so in tune to what we were… looking for, he showed us our perfect car. We ended up buying it that night. Lisa in finance was friendly and easy to work with. Both Andre and Lisa gave us a completely different experience than we were used to with car dealerships. Even a hurricane that made it difficult to complete that paperwork seemed like no inconvenience because they really went above and beyond to make the entire process painless. She said she goes to Jiffy-Lube, I said I used to, but Quicklane is so much better. We talked… a few more moments before I left. I got to Quicklane and the little signs says it would be an hour wait. I had my laptop and could use the time to catch up on work. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional.The service took right at an hour and I was on my way. What a pain to take the time to go get the car serviced in lifes busy schedule. Crossroads Cary is my dealership and Quicklane is part of my normal schedule. It works and I'm happy.
