This is the third Kia I’ve bought through this dealership. I went in with the exact car I had in mind and found it. A red 2023 Kia Forte. Chris in sales and Frank in financing we’re unbelievable. Friendly and helpful, they took care of everything. Even did the new policy insurance prep for me. Within hours I picked up my new Kia and they went over all the details. I am so happy!!

Anyone who goes to Kia should go see Chris!!! I went there just asking for information and he was not pushy at all! He was listening to what I was saying and really understanding what I wanted. He was so genuine and nice. He ended up getting me a 2021 Forte and I love it!!! I give all the credit to Chris because it wouldn’t have happened with our him! Chris is the best :) I am very “greatful” for him.

Because Dan G was such a great sales consultant, it was less stressful to search for a new car. Dan was very knowledgeable, patient, funny and very thorough with providing details about the car. He was so welcoming and easy to speak to. I am very excited about my new Jeep Compass and happy that Dan showed me the car. Chris was extremely professional and courteous. I wanted a specific model that was very difficult to find and he obtained the order and it arrived two weeks early. He was patient and took his time, answered all questions and I never felt pressured. Ask for Chris - he is a great salesperson.

Extremely Pleased with Dutchess Kia

I was extremely pleased with the work performed on my car. I changed out my tires for All Season—more for the upcoming winter season, and I also had sport visors put on. The job was professional and Ted in the Kia Service Department kept me informed about the status of my car. He even took the time to answer the questions I had regarding the tires I had chosen before the work started. Jeff Fuller was also helpful in my assisting me in finding the correct cars. He even alerted me when the tire sale, “Buy 3 and pay $1 for the 4th one was going to begin. I save money and am very appreciative.

We just purchased our third Kia from Noel at Dutchess Kia. Our first visit was not a happy one, but not because of anything Dutchess Kia or Noel did, but because two of our cars died the week before Christmas 2017. There was no hope for one car and the other one could be repaired within reason. We ended up at Dutchess Kia after visiting a few dealerships. We told Noel up front what our budget was and he actually listened, unlike others who hear what they want to hear. The personal attention that Noel gave us at that first visit prompted us to return twice in 2018 when two other cars could not be repaired. Noel did and continues to do a great job. He is very efficient, accommodating, and personable. My wish is to not see Noel because I hope we are done with cars for a while, but I will go back again and certainly recommend him if you are in need of a vehicle.

Anthony , John & Brian were all so helpful and patient..I had my doubts, as everyone does when going into a car dealer ship, but what they managed to accomplish for me was more than I couldve of expected.
