F.C. Kerbeck Buick GMC

For the past year and and half I've been dealing with a servic engine light problem with my buick enclave. It's been at F.C. Kerbeck 6 times and I'm still having the problem. I'm honeslty concerned about whether or not they know what they're doing. Either they don't know how to diagnosis and fix the problem or they're not tryying to fix the problem since i'm still in warranty. They just may be patching the problem until I get over my warranly miles so I have to pay for the repair. Either way.... I will not recoomend Kerbeck for buick repairs. I'm currently on my 6th repair visit. My SUV has been there for 4 days now and i still haven't received a phone call. No one has called to say anything.... not even to say we're still trying to figure things out. The receptionist that answers the phone was very rude and kept cutting me off. She often asks to take my name and number but no one returns my calls. I woulod not recoomend Kerbeck for buick service.
