    I have a Ford Flex. I drove from Long Island to NJ not only to purchase it, but to have it serviced. It's a great place to wait for your car. Everything was explained to me prior to the service. I was very satisfied.

    We purchased a new explorer. It was a pretty easy purchase and we love the vehicle. Jamey, Kim and Nicole couldn't be any better. Great experience.

    I purchased my 2010 Ford Escape at All American and they have been the only mechanics to maintain my vehicle. I am very happy with the service on my Ford Escape

    Purchase of the used F150 went smooth. After 1800 miles, multiple check engine lights came on. Took to service, the gave me a loaner and had truck repaired in 24 hours. Service dept was excellent.

    My car was serviced on 3/29. After checking the car for the problems I communicated, the parts were ordered for me and the brakes and tire sensors were fixed. The car was done in the time frame I requested so I could get to work and it is running well at the moment.

    Tara was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I didn't have an appointment and she took me right in. Didnt even ask if I had an appointment which was an absolute pleasure. She actually asked me how my day was going so far which is something not many people do. You now have a customer for life

    From the moment my wife and I walked on the lot we were treated with respect and not harassed like at other dealerships. The associate Stephen Kaye helped us with both cars purchased. A very classy guy.

    From the first minute when I walked an the receptionist asks if I needed help and I wasn't sure she said to let her know. With less than a minute a salesperson(Claudia Melo) asks if I was being helped and if I needed anything. I told that I would like to trade my car in and look at a Edge or Fusion. We sat down and from our intitial talk, I knew I would walking out with something new. AS the process went further I met Frank sale manager who also was plesant. We talked he stated what they could do and at that point was up to me. I met with Stephen and Nicol of Finance and had a great experience as well. I left that day with a 2016 Ford fusion SE. What a great experience overall cannot say enough about how wonderful it was.

    We purchased a Ford Explorer and both Stephen Kaye and Ramy were outstanding during the entire process. Since I purchased the truck I had to come back twice to pick something up and in both cases Stephen and Ramy made a point to say hello. Excellent Service by them and the reason I will come back for my next car.

    The vehicle (2010 Hyundai Veracruz) sold itself... I had done my research before coming, so it was just a matter of making sure what I was getting was as advertised... Jamie was a great salesman, very engaging and made the time pass relatively quickly... it was a very smooth process.

    As always Rachel Curry is the reason I bring my Ford back for service, she is excellent at what she does. She is always helpful and courtesy, she explains what has been found on the car and tells you what needs to be addressed

    My work schedule leaves me little time and notice to schedule appointments and I was overdue on an oil change for my 2016 FORD Escape. I arrived before operating hours on a Saturday, with no appointment. The one gentleman that was inside the locked building opened the door for me to sit and relax until the Service office opened for business. Once they were in, they took care of my car and had me in and out in about an hour. Fast and friendly. Great job.

    Tara is always so sweet and personable. She is a great person to speak with upon arriving at a place that most people do not really want to go to. Tara knew that I had to be home by a certain time to get my children off of the bus. She made sure that that happened. She is professional and knowledgable. Thank you for A+ service.

    My husband and I are both proud owners of 2 Ford Edges. We love this vehicle and are so happy to have the All American Ford service team to handle all our service needs. No matter what we need, they are always there to help. They even offer loaner cars,if you need one, while our vehicles are in service. We have even been picked up and driven to their shop when our service is done. The staff is always friendly and the service is always done in a timely manner. I guess it would be safe to say we are very happy with our Old Bridge All American Ford.
