    I found there to be a Clean and comfortable waiting area, professional staff, and reasonable pricing. Additional recommended work was presented without pressure.

    Clean, well maintained waiting area. Friendly, polite employee's. Excellent service. Like most business, you get what you pay for Cappellino exceeds that!

    Overall, good experience. After inspection, recommended 4 new tires but the correct size was out of stock from the local tire supplier so we will order at next visit since the tires on the SUV are still at 30%.

    This was my first service visit since the remodeling. I love the customer lounge. It is so good for whatever you want to do. Watch TV or work at the computer area just sit on the stools. I also like the new message boards. At least you know where you stand with the work being done and about how long the wait will be. My wait time actually turned out to be less than we first thought, and that was a plus! Connie was very helpful, professional, and informative. This was a truly positive experience at your dealership!

    The service was busy the day I visited, but yet they were courteous and professional. I appreciate that they are doing all they can to figure out why my new Encore will not start. Although it has not given them a problem while in the shop. But there is a problem, which they are working on. My vehicle is not the only one with this exact problem. The dealership is working with GM to resolve this problem.

    I have no idea what you said to the grey hair man behind the service desk, sorry I don't know his name. But what ever you did, it did the trick. He was very animated, smiling, hello's, goodbye, helpful. thank you so much because I really, really did not want to take my car back. I was making my husband do it and his work schedule is not good for doing outside chores. So thank you for lighting a fire of something under his snarly old butt.

    They we very understanding on the fact it took two day to complete due to have to talk with parents and grandparents and that they didnt hound you as you came in the door

    Cappellino is always looking out for the customer by providing the services customers need and not trying to get them to pay for unnecessary services. Quick, friendly service makes car maintenance easy.

    Excellent and prompt service. Also, upon completion of work, car had a terrible odor, when is called, I was asked to return vehicle to dealership. One of the service managers, (Bob) cleaned the oil smell from exhaust pipe and new filter making certain car was was free of noxious odor (this was beyond service hours)...

    Firstly, I always brag about the Cappellino dealership as being the best ever! Secondly, the service representative, Jeff, was very accommodating, professional, and informative. I had my Buick 2013 Verano in for its annual state inspection, which passed with flying colors thanks to the diagnostics update via the internet. Overall, I was very pleased from beginning to the checkout up front with the ladies, who were also very professional and knowledgable. Keep up the splendid work! I am so glad to be a pat of the Cappellino experience.

    Had a disagreement with Service Manager over the cause of a tire failure and unfortunately did not handle situation as well as I would have liked. When things calmed down, the matter was handled to my satisfaction. Kudos to Mike for handling the matter and not letting it get out of hand.

    This visit was perfectly fine. I have had previous visits that were annoying due to improper stocking of adequate parts, ect. That kept me waiting for 6 hours. Also, on this visit I didn't have to return to have anything "reset" after an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't receive any survey for those visits.

    Everyone at the dealership is friendly and wanting to please. My car was actually done earlier than expected! Have bought and serviced cars there for 25 years and will keep buying and servicing from them!

    Service appointment went as planned. Staff very courteous. Only negative was, despite tire rotation, service did not check tire inflation, which sensors indicated were a couple pounds low. This should have been done with service.
About our dealership
