    Paul and Brandi are the greatest. No other place to head for Hondas. Great deal, no nonsense, respect for customers and really good people. Painless!

  • I gave them a --1 Rude and Unfriendly & Rip of experts

    First they send in the nice guy then this rude man sits. He does not want to tell you his name (I wonder why). I went to get a different sales person and the man mysteriously disappeared as I looked back. when I ask to know his name the reply was what man. During that time I was listing in the conversation with the family next door (hispanic) and they took them for all they had payments for a CRV were $565 a month. An elderly women said DO NOT pursuer ME and walked out!!! I took my $ 10,000 cash and my title of my trade in down the street and bought American Hassle Free. This is a sick industry!!!!!

  • Fast service, great price, easy trade-in

    I bought a new 2014 Honda CRV from White Plains Honda with Keith A. as my sales person. I am a busy person and wanted to get a fair deal done quickly but I wasn’t sure that I would be able to do so because I was trading in my 2012 Honda Fit as well as moving from NJ to NY at the same time. To my pleasant surprise, the whole process took about one hour and I walked out with my new CRV the next day. They honored the Internet Best Price Program and gave me a fair trade-in value for the Honda Fit. There was no need to haggle because I knew I was getting a good deal based on my research. Keith was also able to do all the paperwork with my insurance and new NY plates and registration in an expeditious manner. I would highly recommend White Plains Honda to anyone looking for a car.

  • Now I Know Why They Have An "F" Rating From the Better Business Bureau

    I went to White Plains Honda only for a quote to help me negotiate with Curry Honda, because of all the negative reviews I read on Edmunds. When I got there I saw the exact car I wanted in their lot - a white CRV AWD - so I decided to cautiously consider buying from. However, the more time I spent with the salesman and sales manager, the more tense I became. My "belly barometer" was telling me there was something wrong, so I left without leaving a deposit. Out of curiosity, I looked them up on bbb.org. The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating. From now on I will always look up a business before buying, especially for cars. Curry got a passing grade, but I still need to be cautious because they have some complaints filed with BBB.
