by Joann on 08/04/2023And we went shopping around for a few different cars. When we went to Subaru, Alex greeted us. He was magnificent. The shopping experience at Subaru was one of the best. I am the fifth person in my family to purchase a Subaru from Hassett… Subaru. I purchased as well as my daughter-in-law. We both purchase the Ascent and we love them. I cannot say enough about Alex it was like dealing with my own uncleRuined my car and won’t fix it!
by S Yellin on 08/04/2023I had an issue with my car, and brought it in because I was told it was likely related to a recall that I hadn’t been alerted to. Hassett wanted to charge me for what should have been a free recall fix. An inspector from Subaru… headquarters had to come down and tell them to perform the work free of charge. His assessment found an issue with the rocker arm, but concluded that it was related to the recall, and that there was no other damage to the engine, and that they should perform the work. Hasset performed the work, and the next day my car wouldn’t run. When I brought it back, there was now all sorts of damage to my engine that the inspector Had said wasn’t present before they worked on my car. Hassett would not fix the car, making all sorts of untrue representations to Subaru hq (that there were ore-existing issues despite the fact that the inspector found none!) and Subaru headquarters would not get involved anymore. There are five Subaru vehicles in my family, and none of us will ever give them a dollar again due to this horrible customer service experienced.2024 crosstrek
