Great day at Honda

Frederick Savino was very helpful and pleasant. My car was ready in about an hour. Everyone… there especially Frederick Savino went out of their way to insure I was informed and comfortable. When I reviewed the deal sheet, the selling… price of the car was MSRP. There was an unexplained and unnotified markup. They didn't disclose this and I signed the paper. I trusted the process and I was taking advantage of it. Unethical and unprofessional. This was my fault I didn't catch this until two days after.A Great Place to Buy A Car

On another site I… read old terrible reviews about this dealership but then I found glowing five star reviews that were current on Edmunds and that made me want to experience this for myself. Michael Lopiano, the Sales and Leasing Consultant who worked with me was fantastic. He is probably the opposite of the stereotype of a car salesman, meaning he was kind, informative, extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire car buying process and I came out of this with a really wonderful car that I could feel completely confident in owning. Be careful and don’t get scammed
by Pamela Chup on 02/29/2024Please be aware that after almost a year i decided to look at my contract for my lease and saw that the numbers were different on the Yellow slip and the motor vehicle lease agreement. Also i noticed that i had told the guy i was doing a… down payment of 4500$ to get me to the price i wanted to pay 380$ a month im looking at the contract and it says they only charged 2074$ for the down payment and with Fees it came out to 4500 or 4397$. I remember before i signed he said i had to pay the DMV fee, taxes, etc which i told him i didn't have more to give and said we can add it to your payment and changed the whole number of the lease to 435$. If i were you be careful cause they are moving real shady there they wont fix anything at this point.
