Service was good also, but took around a month to get appointment for a front alighnment on a new car.
Expedient repair

I was in a bind as I had a very important meeting out of state. His team was able to diagnose and correct… all of the issues in time and I was able to make my meeting. Got the jeep build I wanted didn’t take to long!
by John on 01/29/2022They worked with me on the jeep gladiator I wanted to build didn’t push me to buy there on hand inventory and treated me with respect. I was super excited to see the gladiator I built and the paperwork process was easy and fast I was able… to be in and out in time to pick up my daughter and surprise her with my new gladiator! Isaiah my salesman was wicked nice professional and honest with the sale I would recommend him to my friends. I got the jeep I wanted and I’m pumped to be apart of the jeep family.John, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! If so, she said they could probably get it done. Gabrielle did not… disappoint. My oil was changed, tires were rotated AND she was able to get me quotes on a few tire options I asked for. Friendly, accommodating and professional service. I will definitely continue to have my Jeep serviced at Lia.Mike, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Didn't NEED a new car!
by Mary on 07/29/2021I went into Lia CJDR just entertaining the idea of trading in my Hyundai Tucson for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I didn't know if it would even be possible with my Credit. Turns out it was! Was able to get a USED, Newer Vehicle, with 40,000 less… miles then I had on my Tucson, with many more upgrades, and an overall way nicer vehicle for a payment I am comfortable with! I never felt pressured in anyway, and felt that if I wanted to, I could've left, or backed out at anytime, as again, I didn't actually NEED a new vehicle! So far, love my Jeep Grand Cherokee!Mary, Thank you so much for your positive review!
