Service was good also, but took around a month to get appointment for a front alighnment on a new car.

by Nicole Lane on 07/16/2024I wasn’t really looking to trade in my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee but Lia always calls to check in and to let me know the incentives for the month on the new Jeep Grand Cherokees. Nick, the manager connected me with Antonio Tirino and… promised me a great deal. I checked on the same car with another dealership on the deal I was given as I always do, Lia beat them by $20 a month. Nick and Tony were wonderful. Great guys with awesome personalities! Highly recommend Lia Jeep!Nicole, we're so happy you can trust our team with your automotive needs whenever you're looking for something new. Congrats on your new Jeep! I ended up finding a truck I was interested in and requesting some help with it. So I started talking to Antonio Tirino and working… some numbers on the truck. He was very nice and personable. Top notch salesman
by GW on 01/26/2023Our first time buying a vehicle at Lia Ram Jeep. We were recommended by a friend to seek out salesman Vincent Notaro. He did an amazing job during the sale! He also understood our confusion and concerns on the Jeeps color while he also did… a great job trying to find another color for us and in the end we chose the color of the Jeep we first chose to buy. He didn't pressure us if we didn't end up buying the vehicle because of the color. We actually like the color now. Vincent worked hard to get the monthly payment that we were looking for as well. We had wonderful experience dealing with Vincent and Lia and would highly recommend them.GW, we could not ask for a better endorsement! Got the jeep build I wanted didn’t take to long!

I was super excited to see the gladiator I built and the paperwork process was easy and fast I was able… to be in and out in time to pick up my daughter and surprise her with my new gladiator! Isaiah my salesman was wicked nice professional and honest with the sale I would recommend him to my friends. Didn't NEED a new car!
by Mary on 07/29/2021I went into Lia CJDR just entertaining the idea of trading in my Hyundai Tucson for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I didn't know if it would even be possible with my Credit. Turns out it was! Was able to get a USED, Newer Vehicle, with 40,000 less… miles then I had on my Tucson, with many more upgrades, and an overall way nicer vehicle for a payment I am comfortable with! I never felt pressured in anyway, and felt that if I wanted to, I could've left, or backed out at anytime, as again, I didn't actually NEED a new vehicle! So far, love my Jeep Grand Cherokee!Mary, Thank you so much for your positive review!
