Always very helpful!
Disappointed
by Disappointed on 07/16/2023Although, Frank was very nice, I have concerns about purchasing from Ralph. I needed car and the 2024 Hybrid was there on the lot! I have always wanted a CRV but did not understand the hybrid model. I purchased the car from Frank quickly! I… asked to review the car and he suggested the Honda info center website. Picking the car up I asked again and Frank suggested to use the website. A friend was there a could not believe the answer. He did program my phone and was thankful and left. I didn’t know about the regen paddles, setting up the BSI, etc. He has limited knowledge about the B on the shift. I spent $43,000 on a car and no overview of it! I received no mats, nice key chain, hat, discount on a hitch. Again, Frank is a nice man but spending hours on YouTube with Honda Crazy Chris was not my idea of salesmanship and service to set the car up! I did not find the Honda info center useful! I am so disappointed and hurt by the experience. I did email and wanted to be honest with him of my thoughts. My goal is for other to have a better experience in reviewing the car improve Ralph’s experience. Thank youTonyfruits

by Travis on 06/25/2023My experience could not have been more disappointing. When I arrived to drive the CR-V I had made an appointment to see, it was on a lift with the wheels off. The salesman, Joe, did not think this was a big deal, even as I wasted 90 minutes… on Father’s Day. I was not pleased and asked to share my frustration with a manager. That man, Don, was more understanding. He said, “This is on us. “We screwed up.” Don said he would contact me and share the mechanic’s findings so I could decide whether it was worth looking at the car another time. Don never called or emailed. Extremely disappointing all around.Very high quality service, affordable price

Scheduling service online is easy and straightforward. Thier estimates of the time it will take are very… accurate. I usually wait for service in their spotlessly clean, high quality, well-appointed waiting room. Highly recommended.Professional, Friendly Service

Everything done relatively quickly and efficiently. Personable and knowledgeable… service manager.Great service, as usual!

Steve Pecora is service manager and I only need at ask him once regarding what my concerns are. Everything is done with great… care and in the most careful, expedient way possible. There is the utmost confidence that everything will be taken care of. I know that when I drive away, there will be no need to worry about the work done to my vehicle. I will feel as safe as if I had a Guardian Angel.Thank you again Judy. We truly appreciate you.

A woman who knows nothing about cars
by Mary on 11/15/2022In 2012, I bought a used 2009 Honda Accord. From the first car’s service I have been bringing my car to Ralph’s. I am so happy that I have done that. I know nothing about cars. I have to trust the advice of the service people and the… expertise of the auto mechanics. My car is 13 years old and runs extremely well. I never worry about my car breaking down in compromising situations late at night or not getting to work due to car problems. I owe all of this to the service provided from Ralph’s. I feel like they treat me like family. They wouldn’t suggest anything that they wouldn’t suggest to their own family members. I can’t thank Pat, Steve and Linda enough for their kindness, friendliness and concern. I can’t thank all the other people - the office people, the parts people and the customer service people - for their attentiveness and going beyond the extra mile. Thank you Ralph’s workers for the great job that you do. I would highly recommend anyone who knows absolutely nothing about cars to bring their cars to Ralph’s for piece of mine. You can always trust that they will do a good job at a reasonable price.Thank YOU Mary! We are so pleased to read this review. I have to add Linda, my service advisor, is not only competent, she has a great sense of… humor and excellent people skills! I actually look forward to seeing her, which is very high praise as I generally hate dealing with car dealerships and dealership service departments.
