by SI on 10/24/2023Greatly satisfied with Joe Lighthouse and Mike Morrill from Ralph Honda. I bought a new car and traded in my old one at Ralph earlier this month. I knew what I was looking for, and Mike and Joe took care of it wonderfully. Mike was my… initial contact, and unlike most of the several dozen other dealerships that had responded to my initial query, Mike responded about the vehicle I wanted, rather than a potential trade-in right off the bat. Mike was proactive and changed the color of a vehicle on an order form he was just about to send out just before he spoke to me. Excellent quoted price, especially for what I wanted, and he and Joe stuck with that price through to the end. Joe was very knowledgeable about my incoming vehicle. He answered all my questions thoroughly. When it came time to visit the dealership when my car had arrived, they didn't try to sneak in anything I didn't ask for. In the end, I drove off the lot with exactly what I had wanted at the great price initially quoted. After dealing with a lot of disappointing dealerships, I can confidently say that Ralph Honda was a relief. I'm recommending Ralph Honda, and Mike and Joe to all of my friends, family, and coworkers.2013 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L

by Disappointed on 07/16/2023Although, Frank was very nice, I have concerns about purchasing from Ralph. I needed car and the 2024 Hybrid was there on the lot! I have always wanted a CRV but did not understand the hybrid model. I purchased the car from Frank quickly! I… asked to review the car and he suggested the Honda info center website. Picking the car up I asked again and Frank suggested to use the website. A friend was there a could not believe the answer. He did program my phone and was thankful and left. I didn’t know about the regen paddles, setting up the BSI, etc. He has limited knowledge about the B on the shift. I spent $43,000 on a car and no overview of it! I received no mats, nice key chain, hat, discount on a hitch. Again, Frank is a nice man but spending hours on YouTube with Honda Crazy Chris was not my idea of salesmanship and service to set the car up! I did not find the Honda info center useful! I am so disappointed and hurt by the experience. I did email and wanted to be honest with him of my thoughts. My goal is for other to have a better experience in reviewing the car improve Ralph’s experience. Thank youRalph Done Wrong
by Travis on 06/25/2023My experience could not have been more disappointing. When I arrived to drive the CR-V I had made an appointment to see, it was on a lift with the wheels off. The salesman, Joe, did not think this was a big deal, even as I wasted 90 minutes… on Father’s Day. I was not pleased and asked to share my frustration with a manager. That man, Don, was more understanding. He said, “This is on us. “We screwed up.” Don said he would contact me and share the mechanic’s findings so I could decide whether it was worth looking at the car another time. Don never called or emailed. Extremely disappointing all around.BucksBuzz

The only piece I would change is how the business uses the tablets to sign the… documents before you can read them. My schedule is chaotic, however, JB Conti went out of his way to ensure that every detail was taken… care of. I was promised the specific a Honda Pilot that I ordered would be delivered by late spring. Instead, I received the exact car that I wanted by the end of February. I am extremely happy with my purchase and cannot thank JB enough for going above and beyond.
