an overall excellent experience

Eric, Doug and John were so professional and knowledgeable, and that made us quite comfortable..... and we were… amazed at the ''out the door'' price of the Juke, and the incredible deal on financing and warranty extension we were given. This crew should make you happy, and we will highly recommend them to our family and friends.Hats off to Riverhead Nissan

Thank you to Kristen for never letting me forget how much I love the car. Thank you to Paris for making me feel… so happy with my new car and the "lucky change" was so sweet! Thank you to Doug who simplified the entire process and gave us some knowledgeable tips on the 370z. Last but not least, thank you to Timeo for his kindness, patience and educating us thoroughly about the car before we even left the showroom! Thank you all. Overall a Great Experience
by ThomasH_92014 on 09/17/2014I can sum up what I liked about the experience in two words, "the salesperson", Ms. Marlene R. Ms. R. was very professional, pleasant, engaging, laid-back and accommodating. There was no pressure sales pitches regarding the car, and or any… accessories. She was very knowledgeable about the product, the dealership, and confident and reassuring regarding the ongoing customer service that I would receive from Riverhead Nissan. Customers come in all shapes and sizes, and what's important to them varies from person to person. For some the price is the most important, for others it's the experience and how they are treated, for myself is both. I am very satisfied with th price I paid for the car, and equally, if not more so, satisfied with the experience provided by Ms. Rodriguez, and the rest of the Riverhead Nissan Team. Regarding the other members of the team; I would like to add that my dealings with the Finance Manager, Mr.. W. was a very good experience also. There were no hidden costs and/or surprises presented during this phase of the process. He was very patient and explained all of the various components of the transaction. He too was very respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Lastly, there was a young man by the name of Anthony who was called upon to remove glue from various parts of the car, that were missed in previous preparation. Anthony, did an outstanding job, removing all of the glue from the vehicle, in addition, without being prompted reviewed the rest of the vehicle, and cleaned the dust from vent/grill in the front and a few other places. It is the little things that count. I believe every customer, regardless of the amount of money spent on a vehicle, and or the type of vehicle wants to receive and experience their car in pristine condition, especially upon picking up the vehicle from the dealership, and that is what Anthony enabled me to do. He was also very knowledgeable about continued car care and provided me with a few tips. Overall, the team, Ms. R., Mr. W. and Anthony, treated me with great respect, were very knowledgeable and engaging, and provided me with an outstanding experience. I have already referred someone to the dealership, and told them to ask for Mr. R. The salesman that greeted me needs to take a course in customer service. I asked him about the process of getting a vehicle that wasn't… on his lot. I informed him that we already had a loan in place. He told me he would have to run my credit anyway to make sure that I could afford the car. His people skills were non-existent. FYI- insulting your customers will backfire every time. Needless to say, I went elsewhere to purchase my 2014 Nissan Quest.Terili, I am very sorry to hear you had a negative experience during your visit. I can assure you that the negative details you've mentioned do not reflect our typical business practices nor do they live up to our professional standards.
