I Will Never Purchase A Vehicle From Riverhead Nissan

I walked into Riverhead Nissan without my husband to inquire about a vehicle that we were interested in. The salesman that greeted me needs to take a course in customer service. I asked him about the process of getting a vehicle that wasn't on his lot. I informed him that we already had a loan in place. He told me he would have to run my credit anyway to make sure that I could afford the car. His people skills were non-existent. FYI- insulting your customers will backfire every time. Needless to say, I went elsewhere to purchase my 2014 Nissan Quest.
