Sales experience was seamless, no nonsense. Explained what I was looking for and in comparison to other dealers I essentially was told I could get any of my choices, if not that day, then in a timely manner, without complication. Price from… the very first quote was on target without the discomfort of bargaining. The way car experience should be.

No hard sell or funny business. Even after the purchase, no waiting around… for the car. Came back on Monday to pick it up. by bernie500 on 12/07/2021I would strongly recommend using a different dealership if you’re considering leasing or purchasing a Subaru from Riverhead Bay. My experience with them was awful beyond words. Because I am a woman they gave me no credit for any… complaints I had; they insisted there was a problem with the battery and totally disregarded my knowledge that the issue at hand had nothing to do with the battery. They caused my car to be towed to them four times before they finally conducted the necessary diagnostics. (Despite what I was telling them.). I actually had to finally, after a week and four towings, throw a fit in the showroom to get them to do what they should’ve done initially.26000 mile check ,oil change, recall

They didn’t ask for any of my info and call me to see if i was still interested… in the car. Great experience low pressure. Jimmy in sales was great very low pressure and he works with you.
