Horrible Experience

onI would strongly recommend using a different dealership if you’re considering leasing or purchasing a Subaru from Riverhead Bay. My experience with them was awful beyond words. Because I am a woman they gave me no credit for any complaints I had; they insisted there was a problem with the battery and totally disregarded my knowledge that the issue at hand had nothing to do with the battery. They caused my car to be towed to them four times before they finally conducted the necessary diagnostics. (Despite what I was telling them.). I actually had to finally, after a week and four towings, throw a fit in the showroom to get them to do what they should’ve done initially.
