by Ladycora on 01/13/2018Our sales person won us over by his professional and non pressure approach. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. We did not feel rushed during our visits and left not feeling pressured into making a quick… decision. A few months later we came back and again was approached with the same professionalism and patience. In the end we purchased a Buick. Mike even went as far to drop off the car mats and cross raises to our home. I am not sure if anyone else does home visits.Great car buying experience

The atmosphere was informal and friendly, and our sales representative, Justin, was very knowledgeable. There was none of the usual high pressure or silly and… demeaning tricks other dealers had used on us, to their detriment, at least in our minds. Altogether a pleasant experience. Oh, and the car is terrific, also. Justin showed great patience and expertise in showing us all of the ins and outs of the car when we came to pick it up, and offered any help we might need in the future. It really gave us a good feel for the dealership and the car.Best car buying experience ever
by jfoster23 on 04/17/2013updated 06/23/2025I had initially spoken to Mke but when I got to the appointment we had made, he had other clients that were supposed to have come in much earlier so he introduced Justin Cook to me to take over. Justin was extremely pleasant and we went out… to look at cars and go for some rides. He explained the differences between the Malibu and he Impala and after some rides and discussion, I decided on an Impala. We went back to his desk and we talked money and coverage and what pre-owned certified meant. I was very pleased wih Justin. At the end of our meeting, he had to leave and a John took over the rest of the paperwork. I got to talk to Don C. and he was very pleasant also. When John and I finished up and I was ready to leave, Mike came over to apologize for his not being able to take care of me and said he hoped all went well. I must say that all the gentlemen I spoke to were extremely wonderful and Justin was just fabulous. He took time with me when picked up the car to explain all the instruments and got all the phone, music, on-star, etc. ready to go for me. I found this car buying experience a wonderful one for me. I am a widow and although I had a friend with me, I was on my own financally, etc. Justin made things so easy for me and I am very appreciative to him. I have already recommended the dealership to one of my son's staff at his residence house. He loved my Impala! Thank you Hudson GMC for all your help, friendlines and kindness, especially to Justin. by steviet1 on 02/19/2013updated 06/23/2025Having had dealings with many other new car dealerships, including two other Cadillac dealers, this was by far the best experience. Justin C. and others handled our purchase very well. The quote on the internet was far better than other… dealers. When we found the car that we liked but not in the color that we wanted, they drove 200 miles to get the exact color that we wanted. There also was a problem with the offers from GM which he worked to get us full value. It was our first time leasing a car and everything was explained completly. There was no running back and forth to the Sales Manager or the usual haggling. My wife and I agreed that we would walk out if they started pressuring us and it didn't happen. Very satisfied.
