Having had dealings with many other new car dealerships, including two other Cadillac dealers, this was by far the best experience. Justin C. and others handled our purchase very well. The quote on the internet was far better than other dealers. When we found the car that we liked but not in the color that we wanted, they drove 200 miles to get the exact color that we wanted. There also was a problem with the offers from GM which he worked to get us full value. It was our first time leasing a car and everything was explained completly. There was no running back and forth to the Sales Manager or the usual haggling. My wife and I agreed that we would walk out if they started pressuring us and it didn't happen. Very satisfied.
