by lombrione on 06/08/2016Only issue is that the repair was done on the spare tire lowering device (which was originally screwed up by another dealership which would have left me unable to change a flat tire). The mechanic that did the repair never bothered to check… the air pressure in the spare,a minor detail to be sure but it's something that should have been done. Tire pressure was 22 psi. Other than that I'm very satisfied with Healy service and will return again.Above average service at a great price

The total time I waited was about 30 mins for something that has taken at… least an hour before both at the dealer and at another garage. I was very pleased with both the work and the cost.service visit

I have never been so… dissatisfied the drivability of a truck.I owned many trucks and this particular 2014 built truck is just terrible. I am agressively and desperately eager to trade it in asap when the 2016 crew is available just to sleep at night.Again I would recommend anyone to Healy, its the particular truck that's the issue Regards Kenny tongeNurse

When I showed up I was asked if I had reserved a loaner car. I was never asked this when I made the… appt. I believe it should have been scheduled then. Luckily there was a car available or else it would have been a wasted trip. I just can't believe how bad the frame is rusting in 1 year. I really think I should have received a notice in the mail to come in and have this done earlier. I'm really worried about the long term issues with the frame.car
