I believe the Service coordinator's name was Joe and he was very professional and courteous , he knew the approx wait time and had me in and out within the said time.best

I was there for an oil change, and it was going to take about an hour so I decided to go to the mall and finished my Christmas shopping and the best part about this they offer me a ride to the mall… without me asking because I was working over there so that was really nice.Satisfied customer!

She was friendly and let us compare 2 Traverses to pick the one that worked best for us. She also worked diligently to get our information transferred… and get the plates on the car.Pricey

I had to get another alignment although I just had one a few weeks back. Not sure if the dealership could have noticed the potential… bearing issue during the brake replacement or tire replacement weeks before.Good Experence

I will deal with them again if the future warrants it. But, wait 'til I tell them I put… a scratch on my new Traverse the day after I drove it home while parking it in my garage. Guess I'll have to make an appointment of some body work!!! Yikes!!!New Purchase

The salesman answered all my questions, they both worked together to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted. As if that wasn't enough, Tom Mead, actually… showed me every feature of the new vehicle and helped set up my OnStar. I had never had that kind of experience with any other dealership. I work in sales and can appreciate the great service they give their customers, you do not see that anymore.New Purchase

by imanjunk on 08/30/2014Educate yourselves on the 24 month gm 4 Volt services allowed without cost for tire rotation x2 and oil changes x2 which do not have to be done together. Also, update your web to handle the special volt appointment process to align with… volt tech availability or at least put on the web site to please call dealer for volt appointment scheduling. It happened twice already where I had to reschedule appointment corrections for one done by web and one by your own scheduler who was not educated on the diea of tech availability requirement. Otherwise dealership experiences so far has been very good.A little upset
by Lynne0514 on 08/28/2014I am kinda upset that the problem with my car was the same thing you guys just completed a recall on a couple of weeks ago. I purchased a newer car so I wouldn't break down on my commute back and forth to work. Thank goodness I had the day… off yesterday, but half of it was wasted on getting my car fixed. I thank you Joe for getting it fixed by early afternoon so I could take my kids to the lake and enjoy the rest of my day. Your service department is amazing though!!
About our dealership
