Excellent customer care. Much attention to our needs in a new car. Ahmed Elgandour was warm, patient, and responsive. He answered our questions in detail, and provided all the information we needed to make a purchase decision.

by Not honest business on 10/28/2021I was looking for Honda Ridgeline and contacted Poughkeepsie Friendly Honda website. Some sales person (seems to me his name Steve) called me back and gave me his price. After the discussion we made the deal and I sent him copy of my… driver license and driver license info. Deal was done. After 30 min he called me again and said that the price changed and it will cost me $1500 more because his manager wants more money. I immediately stopped the deal and locked my credit card account. I do not have a deal with not honest rook businesses.Great experience

My salesperson Vladimir was simply outstanding. The entire process was very simple with no hassle no tricks no… hidden fees.
