    The person I dealt with for the financials made me feel like I was a nuisance to him. Like I was bothering him. I didn’t feel happy buying a new car. Was a little disappointed in the car I bought. I was told I was getting the same car. When in fact I didn’t. No leather seats, no automatic opening for the hatch back ( because I am short. When I open it very hard to close it) no saving driver one and driver two seat preferences . Don’t get me wrong Honda makes beautiful cars. It’s just something I am going to have to get use to.

    This was a little different leasing process this year having to order 2022 lease actually being built and leased by certain date returning old lease. However I always go straight to Papa because I started with PaPa for first 3 leases and last two has been Justin with Papa though promoted involved working to get me an affordable monthly payment. Very organized when i got there ready for me to sign lots of paperwork to get me in and out. Then i saw finance, Casey, new to me explain reasons, prices, options etc for 2022 lease. She was very professional as is Papa and Justin. I have been coming here since 2010 leasing every 3 years only way I can afford to do it. Highly recommend Friendly Honda. If it wasn’t for Papa the first time I walked in door in October 2010, I don’t think i would have leased but i kept well within range of mileage and past few years very very low mileage. Dont have to worry breaking down my biggest fear of older cars I had in past. Some lucky person will be driving my former lease. I loved it! I have leased different models in past but did same model again. Thanks especially to Papa and Justin at Friendly Honda!

    They are very helpful they make sure they go into excellent details about the cars. Vlad was soooo awesome and the manger was so sweet. They made me feel so comfortable this was the best experience I’ve ever had getting a car and the process was fast. THANK YOU GUYS 🥰🥰🥰🥰 I love my car

    Polite and courteous. Knowledgeable about vehicle and features. Didn’t pressure for a sale. Gave a price 3000 dollars cheaper than two other Honda dealerships. Also offered lifetime power train warranty. The other two dealers offered the standard 5 year plan only

    I have heard about Honda cars quality and service, but disappointedly I have heard the same from other dealerships. Zach, in the Sales Department, patiently helped me through the various options and answered (accurately) all my questions; and that impressed me. Then discussing with the finance department my financial options and additional service packages made this a very pleasant experience. They made me a believer and I am overjoyed with my purchase of a Honda Pilot.

    Friendly Honda truly lives up to their name Friendly. The salesman and the finance Officer were both top notch. The salesman provided me with logical options and advice during my initial visit to the dealership. On the day that I picked up my new vehicle he fully explained the features of my new vehicle. I will recommend Friendly Honda to my friends and family.

    Working with the staff at Friendly Honda was truly a pleasure. Everyone was nice and professional… especially Carlos! I was given accurate pricing information over the phone, with no surprises when I visited the dealership. Brian helped secure me a great interest rate, and the buying process was simplified. Definitely worth checking out and doing business with Friendly Honda!

    The dealership is not difficult to get to from most places in the Hudson Valley. Carlos was a very attentive salesperson and immediately took care of us. They worked out a possible issue with one of the headrests. They were upfront and honest in their dealings and communication. Prices seem fair considering the current market inflation. We felt taken care of and not advantage of. Paul was very friendly and discussed everything in detail and honesty without the pressure. Go see them for your next car purchase. We have shopped two of their dealerships and will continue to bring my family back in the future.

    The entire process of buying a new car was seem less! From Bob Simmons as an honest down to earth salesman. He explained why a more expensive hybrid would not suit my needs as well as a slightly less expensive regular motor. I feel if it were someone other than Bob, they may have let me go with the more expensive hybrid. To the financing, I’ve bought well over 12 new cars in my time, and Jim Libutti was by far the most organized and fastest finance manage I’ve dealt with. Best overall buying experience, period!

    This is our second lease purchase with Friendly Honda. We are very impressed with their sales department. No pressure salesmen. We knew what we wanted and Our sales representative negotiated a good deal for us. Finance arrangement was easy and quick.

    From the moment I arrived at your dealership each person I met was wonderful and very informative about what I was interested in buying. My sales person Carlos Was very knowledgeable and Courteous the entire time I was in the building.     It was a pleasure dealing with Carlos from start to finish. The online car description could have been fine-tuned (there’s no Apple CarPlay on the vehicle, for example, but that’s not his fault.) In the end, we got a beautiful used car at a fair price. I recommend really shopping around before taking the offered trade price — CarMax topped their offer by $2,300!! I’m hoping for a long, happy relationship with Friendly.
