No hassle buying experience. Sat with the very helpful salesman Casey and picked a beautiful new ram 1500. Picked it up a few hours later with no aggravation at all. Definitely recommend!

I recently leased a Jeep Cherokee from Town and Country. Jamie Yellin was a complete gentlemen and professional. He was fair, honest, and extremely patient. My wife and I really enjoyed working with him. Highly recommend giving Jamie a call.

That why when our oldest daughter needed a car we knew exactly where to take her without question. Jamie is just a wonderful person which makes him such a great salesman! • Excellent Sales Help

    5 out of 5 starsby andy_bee on 08/01/2016

My salesmen at Town & Country Jeep, Darien, was excellent. He did everything from working out an excellent deal, to helping prep our new Grand Cherokee. He took the time to walk me through all the technology of the car, and was a pleasure to work with. My only nitpick was the total time spent at the dealership was too long. Not the salesmen's fault. But I have been working with this dealership for years and have always been happy with their service.

  • Lease 2016 Challenger

My husband and I came and visited Town and Country Jeep to lease/buy a 2016 Challenger. We worked with Darian who was very helpful and patient with me. We had a bad experience at Garden City Jeep and wasn't really going to lease from a Dodge dealer again but Darian put our minds at ease. We are very happy with the Challenger we leased and would recommend Darian from Town and Country in the future. Our experience was great.
  • Awesome experience

5 out of 5 starsby FrankMaureen on 07/11/2016

My wife and I came to Town and Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram to look at the 2016 Jeep Renegade. After having two not so nice experiences at other jeep dealerships, we were Leary. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a cheerful girl at the front desk. She told us a salesman would be with us shortly, to feel free to look around. No high pressure, relaxed atmosphere, we felt comfortable already. Before long our salesman Jamie introduced himself to us. He was personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. We told him what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend, he told us he could totally set us up in the car we wanted! We took a test drive, and really liked the car. We also realized that we liked Jamie too, he made this process of leasing our new vehicle fun ( if you can imagine that) usually it's a long drawn out boring process...been through it many times, never could say that I liked it! This time really was a pleasure, not to mention we didn't feel like we were run over by one of the cars after we signed the lease, he worked hard to get us the best deal he could! As for everyone else we came into contact with, the financial girls and guys, same thing...everyone there was interested in one thing, making us happy! The dealership itself was comfortable and clean, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have a pleasant car purchasing experience.

I have been leasing for close to 15 years, and without a doubt, had one of the best experiences at this dealership...Jamie Yellin was absolutely amazing in the way he spent the time with me and my wife....Took me on more than 3 test drives and never bothered me afterwards...That right there was worth it for me..Would def recommend this dealership and Jamie to anyone. Thank you so much Jamie!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Paid for them to register our new Ram 1500 and we had to pay extra because it was being registered in NC. Been calling for 2 weeks and they have no answer. Finally got Mike Perez on the phone today and he said it's not his problem you can't drive the car it will take a few more days after going back and forth on the phone he told me 'WE CAN DANCE AROUND THIS ALL DAY" ... I went down to the dealership to request a loaner car since I can no longer drive my brand new truck with no plates. He didn't want any customers hearing they can't follow through with their job, so he called the police... Apparently the police are at this dealership every week because of the same thing.... They delete all negative feedback on the FB page so customers and corporate can't see it, and then they block you so you can't write anyting anymore.. After turning away 6 customers last night, they told me they will make my next car payment but I have to sign a paper saying I won't come back to the dealership and they did nothing wrong and made no mistakes and I was lying about my situation. [non-permissible content removed] .......DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
  • Amazing experience

I was helped by Jaime Yellin and let me tell you. From the moment I spoke with him over the phone, to receiving delivery of the vehicle, everything went smooth and perfect. There's nothing else he could've done better. He even made sure my prior leased vehicle was returned and grounded. Summary of Jaime: professional, courteous, and goes above and beyond. Thanks Jaime!!
  • My new truck

I test drove every SUV currently available and finally came in to Town and Country. I am just coming out of a Grand Cherokee and didn't think I was going to get back into a "Jeep", but I was keeping an open mind. We got to the dealer around 2:00 and met with a salesman named Jamie. Jamie was great. He spent the better part of 3 1/2 hours with us going over all of my options and going on 3 test drives. At the end of the day, I wound up getting the Durango R/T and love it.
  • They did not keep their word.

I contacted them to purchase a vehicle over the internet. I was very explicit that I would not be able to come to the dealership to sign paperwork, that it would have to be done electronically and I would have vehicle picked up after purchase. They assured me this would not be a problem for them. The sales person I spoke with said they do it all the time, even sending vehicles overseas. So I made an appointment with them to have a professional vehicle inspection service check out the vehicle for me. This cost me $139. I got report, and generally vehicle was acceptable with a couple exceptions. When I told them that I felt their price needed to come down just a bit because of condition of vehicle, in particular the tires were worn and of relatively low quality, and other vehicles were more competitively priced, the sales manager suddenly tells me they can't do the transaction because they have a policy that the buyer must appear at the dealership in-person to sign paperwork. I was willing to consider a counter offer, and stated so but none was made. This policy restatement is a complete 180 from the assurances I received two days before. I would not have spent the money to get their vehicle inspected if not for those assurances. Now I am out $139. I emailed them stating these facts and told them they had a duty to either abide by the assurances made by their sales department, or reimburse me for the inspection that would not have taken place if they did not agree in-advance to handling the transaction over the internet. I got no response whatsoever to that communication. So, if you deal with these guys, make sure everything is in writing before doing any deal with them because in my experience they don't keep their word. I am buying a vehicle from another dealer, over the internet, not a problem. I suggest you buy one somewhere else too.
  • Great Service

5 out of 5 starsby dirtlaw on 05/29/2016

My wife and I shopped around for a Jeep Grand Cherokee prior to visiting Town and Country. Jaime our salesperson recognized that I had done my homework and was very easy to work with. We closed the deal in 20 minutes (and without revealing to him the other offers I had received at various dealerships) and he beat all of the other offers on the first attempt. I drove off the lot within three hours of making my deal with my new car! I would highly recommend Jaime to others looking for a Jeep!
  • Quick and easy

I recently visited Town and country jeep in levittown to explore my end of lease options. I was greeted by salesman Jamie Yellin, he was polite, engaging and very informed. He took the time to listen to my needs and pick the best cars for my family. I felt very comfortable and leased a car from him on the spot. He was very helpful during the entire process making it quick and simple. I would gladly reccomend this dealership and especially Jamie Yellin to anyone looking to buy or lease a car.

My fiance and I had a great experience from start to finish at town and country. We went in on a Monday night to shop around for a jeep seeing as my lease was soon up. We didn't expect to meet with such a nice and caring sales man like Jamie Yellin but we saw a jeep with loved right there on the show room floor and decided to make a deal. We went back 2 days later and made it official. The finance guy Dave was very nice and helpful also. We already recommended 2 of our friends to you, Jamie! It was a pleasure working with you. Best, Lindsey & Dave

I just came home with my new 2016 jeep renegade. The salesman, Scott Scatturo, was efficient, respectful and thorough. I felt no pressure whatsoever while I was in this dealership. It was just no nonsense, no games, no gimmicks. Furthermore, Scott was knowledgable and patient while explaining every facet of my agreement and my car itself.
  • Worst Experience Ever

    1 out of 5 starsby JonHarris12 on 03/12/2016

Worst Experience I've Had So Far With Leasing A Car...I had an Altima I was trading in with 2 payments left, after being told multiple times that they were willing to take over my last 2 payments from me, I later found out (only after Nissan called me and told me I had payments to make still) that they took the amount of my renaming payments and used that as a "credit" and included that amount with the money I put "down" and I was still suppose to make my payments to my Altima (that they made me sign over to them as part of the deal). During my whole negotiation process, I made sure to ask multiple times that the money I was putting down was to include my first payments, taxes, fees and that the rest of the amount I was willing to put down was to help get me at an affordable monthly payment that I was happy with and nothing else needed to be added. After finding all of this out from my salesman, Casey, and after he told me to take a look at my contract to make sure this was the case and to call him back, he never returned my calls and I had to go down to the dealership in person. After requesting to talk to a manager (I believe his name was Chris) and told him the whole story, there was nothing he was willing to do since everything "was in the contract" so now I'm stuck with having to make payments on 2 separate cars. I have never had an issue like this before and can not believe this is the response and treatment I have been getting from someone who has only been a new customer for barely over a month. The first night I was at this dealership, there was a couple behind me fighting with their sales rep and how he was doing nothing to help them out, should have taken that as a sign. Worst dealership and worst experience I've had to date. If I could rate them with zero stars I would.
  • Will never go to this Dealership AGAIN

1 out of 5 starsby EugeneJJohn on 03/04/2016

I’m not sure where to begin. First off, I will never go to this dealership again. Town & Country Jeep located in Levittown. Before my horrendous experience on March 3, 2016 I was in contact with two representatives from this dealership. I expressed to a Luis Mario Gonzales and a Yaneek Davis that I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle however, I did not want to make a trip out to their dealership which was located 45 minutes from my house if we could not get the number for the vehicle close to my budget. They told me to come down anyway, that they wanted to earn my business and that when I get to the Dealership (Preowned Location) to ask for a David and he will take care of me. After multiple emails back and forth throughout the afternoon (March 3rd), I received a phone call from Yaneek Davis and she expressed to me to come down and she will meet me and then David would take over. I confirmed the Time and said I would meet her later. When I got to the dealership, I had a strange vibe and by the time I went into their Preowned Store, there were only two Gentlemen and no Luis Mario or Yaneek Davis to be found. The Gentlemen that did help me, was for the most part respectable and helpful. He was able to get me to see the vehicle and test drive it. When it was time to talk numbers the Dealership didn’t know about THE CU AUTO COUPON that they participate in that would grant me $300 discount on the final price of the car. They also try to charge me two Ridiculous Fees: (1) Transportation fee – A $475 charge passed on to the consumer because the Dealership gets their cars from auctions and (2) Prep Fee – a $695 charge passed on to the consumer because the dealership I guess cleans the car for you as well. It was then that with our difference I knew I would not be able to make the deal happen. Also the price they gave me was the price if I ended up financing through them, even though I told them that I received financing through my credit union. The guy said I’m getting a good rate but if I wanted the deal I would have to go through them – basically so the bank would give them a kickback from bringing them business. Finally to top this all, 40 minutes into speaking with the Gentlemen, I received a call from Yaneek Davis. During this phone conversation I expressed to her that we were not going to be able to make the deal because my number and their number were $1,500 dollars apart. I voiced my frustration with them, since I left work early to travel 45 mins away to their dealership. The time it takes to travel from Medford, NY to Levittown, NY. As this conversation only lasted 3 minutes, Yaneek Davis hung up the phone on me. So this to say the least was not a pleasant experience and I will remember to tell my friends, family and clients on what to expect if they ever deal with TOWN & COUNTRY JEEP in Levittown, New York.
