Chris assisted me throughout the whole process - from checking out different models in the… showroom, test driving a sedan and SUV, signing the paperwork, and then pick-up. I felt like I got a great deal without having to play games. Chris and the dealership's manager conducted themselves with integrity and professionalism. Chris kept me in the loop regarding the delivery of the car, and has followed up multiple times since I received it to see if I have any questions or concerns. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this dealership and Chris to my friends and family. by capodd on 12/09/2009This dealer is the definition of a [violative content deleted] dealership. The salesmanger told me that they get better prices than anyone bc they get "special coupons." He was [violative content deleted]. How anyone buys anything from this… dealership is beyond me, I had such a bad experience i just walked out...its like they were not listening to a word I was saying and were trying to get me to buy a car i did not want "today only." what ever happened to treating the customer with respect!? or trying to figure what I actually needed.. I have a such a bad taste in my mouth from vw im considering not buying another one, i think ill take a breather and walk into another vw on long island, there are a few out there...Typical Lying Dealership [non-permissible content removed]

Called back one week later to confirm. Wouldn't commit and passed me off to his keeper who gave… us some excuses and explained he couldn't sell us the car for that price. Can't say anything more then to expect typical lying dealership [non-permissible content removed] from VW of Huntington. Just love walking into dealerships these days quoting KBB/Edmonds and hearing them stumble over why those prices are "so wrong." It's kind of pathetic, actually. Have yet to pay more then Fair Purchase Price.Very happy customer

It was amazing to see how they cleaned up the dealership, there was no ice in sight which made me feel comfortable from the start. I went to look at a pre owned Jetta and ending… up leaving with a new one instead. I got an unbelievable price and felt like the transaction went very smooth. There wasn't any going back and forth with management which is definitely a pet peeve of mine! Very happy with this dealership and recommend it to all.Dishonest/Hidden Sale of New Vehicle

Fortunately I was able to find that my credit union offered a fixed rate I was eligible for of 1.74%. I had asked, my salesperson… (Dennis C.) what my credit score would enable me to get. He vaguely replied that the interest rate is in the range of 2.33%-2.99%. After putting the effort of looking for a better rate, the dealer did offer a better rate, but the tone was red flagged in every way. The dealer would not work with me if I chose the Credit Union loan. Afterwards, the etiquette was rude. The saleperson acted childish in redirecting my phone calls and delaying the return of my credit card deposit of $3,500. I would not recommend any person to buy here!!!Very happy
