This dealer is the definition of a [violative content deleted] dealership. The salesmanger told me that they get better prices than anyone bc they get "special coupons." He was [violative content deleted]. How anyone buys anything from this dealership is beyond me, I had such a bad experience i just walked out...its like they were not listening to a word I was saying and were trying to get me to buy a car i did not want "today only." what ever happened to treating the customer with respect!? or trying to figure what I actually needed.. I have a such a bad taste in my mouth from vw im considering not buying another one, i think ill take a breather and walk into another vw on long island, there are a few out there...
