We tested the vehicles that we are interested in and finally made the decision upon a… pre-owned one. He helped us on all the processes and notified us in advance so that we are well prepared. On the day we pick up the car, the car is well prepared. We went to other dealership before we met Yoelis, he’s kind, earnest, and no tricks. He is the reason which made us make the decision. 100% Hassle Free Purchase

I thought it would be just the start of a very lengthy car buying search, going from dealership to dealership. Much to my… surprise, it was one stop shopping. My salesperson, Anthony Parks, was terrific and made it his priority to make this experience hassle free. I test drove the car and loved it. Anthony consulted with his manager. Empire honored the Car Gurus price and there were no hidden fees. I also had a trade in, a 2011 Camry. I did my research and had an idea of what I should be offered. Empire did not disappoint. I received the trade-in value that I was looking for. Anthony took care of my trade-in, the new inspection, insurance, and plate transfer. Within a few hours, I drove out of the dealership in my new Rav 4. I couldn’t believe it was so easy. The Rep was courteous upfront with the work and while yea a little high, I was out in lest that 90 min considering the work done plus they… did an overall inspection.Tim, Thank you for taking the time to write this review.
