Excellent car buying experience! I went to Empire Toyota to test drive a Rav 4 that was advertised on Car Gurus. I thought it would be just the start of a very lengthy car buying search, going from dealership to dealership. Much to my surprise, it was one stop shopping. My salesperson, Anthony Parks, was terrific and made it his priority to make this experience hassle free. I test drove the car and loved it. Anthony consulted with his manager. Empire honored the Car Gurus price and there were no hidden fees. I also had a trade in, a 2011 Camry. I did my research and had an idea of what I should be offered. Empire did not disappoint. I received the trade-in value that I was looking for. Anthony took care of my trade-in, the new inspection, insurance, and plate transfer.
