From the moment I walked in, Bob made me feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely excited about the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered… all my questions with patience, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Bob took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure the Trailblazer I chose had everything I needed — and then some! He walked me through every detail with clarity and professionalism, and his friendly, down-to-earth approach made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The sales person and business manager were also very friendly and… helpful. I have had service work done there in the past and was always treated fairly and courteously. Herkimer, NY only has one new car dealership. it is lucky that it is Steet Ponte.
