The dealership did a great job. I was able to talk to one of the owners. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the difference between various models. The sales person and business manager were also very friendly and helpful. I have had service work done there in the past and was always treated fairly and courteously. Herkimer, NY only has one new car dealership. it is lucky that it is Steet Ponte.
