We had a 1.5 yr old with us and the hospitality from every there was great… with handling a young kid. Overall Addison was by far the best dealer rep I’ve worked with. Him and Walter and Tyler in finance took care of us. They got us a great deal on two brand new 22 Highlanders that will serve my family for years to come. So if you’re looking for a great Toyota dealer that will take care of you and actually back that they care in so many ways then ask for Addison, Walter and Tyler at Romeo Toyota, they got a customer for life out of me!Romeo Toyota

I received regular communication on the timing for my new vehicle to arrive from the factory. Joe also requested all of my personal info… ahead of time so the purchase was seamless and fast. He even helped me find a lost item I had left behind in my old car. I received a follow up email as well offering assistance to understand all of the bells and whistles. Overall a great experience!Great service!

They all went out of their way to make our experience smooth and hassle free. Our request for… Midnight Black with a tan interior was made possible do to their diligence in locating one at another dealership. We had complete confidence that we were treated fairly and that our deal was the best around! They took care of all the insurance and DMV requirements. It was a pleasure getting the call to come pick it up! The technology in this vehicle is incredible as demonstrated to us by Heather. A fine team and great asset to Romeo Toyota!!!
