I received excellent customer service throughout the entire process of buying my new Highlander Hybrid. I received regular communication on the timing for my new vehicle to arrive from the factory. Joe also requested all of my personal info ahead of time so the purchase was seamless and fast. He even helped me find a lost item I had left behind in my old car. I received a follow up email as well offering assistance to understand all of the bells and whistles. Overall a great experience!
