    I had a good experience buying the car at first. The vehicle had a slight pull to the right when first taken for a test drive. I bought the car on a Saturday and picked up on the following Tuesday. I was told they would take the car to have an alignment done. This was NOT the case. I picked the car up and there was no change. I called a sales manager the next day and had to bring car back in. They did let me have a loaner for a day w the understanding that I had to fill the tank with gas before I returned it . I picked my car up on that Tuesday with barely a half tank of gas. I mentioned this to the sales manager when I brought the car back to be re aligned. He told me that it they would fix the car and put gas in it. Unfortunately that did not happen. The alignment was done but I put gas in the loaner that day then picked my car up and had to put gas in that also. Not a very good experience!

    I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in just over 3 years. I recently purchased a "new" used Durango with just over 5,000 miles on it. When talking to the original salesman I was told it was brought in on trade with less than 2,000 miles on it, and then the owners wife was drove it around for a few months. Come to find out after purchasing the vehicle it was a rental vehicle that was wrecked with less than 1,000 miles on it, with airbag deployment. It was then purchased at auction by the dealership. It was convenient being able to do business at the dealership in my hometown, but I will now travel to a different dealership when it's time to purchase a new vehicle.

    Dealership was fantastic, they got me the Jeep I wanted and brought it in from the other side fo Buffalo!
