I used Consumer Reports True Car interface to connect to dealers and was contacted within 24 hours of my query. From the internet sales specialist, floor sales… person and the floor manager I was treated courteously, with kindness and professionally. Care was used to insure I got what I wanted without being steered to buy or look at anything else. My purchase was stress free and I am grateful I chose to buy from Goldstein Subaru.Excellent experience

Sales people were exactly that sales people Everyone we spoke to rushed the conversations you could tell it was all about the sale not a very warm environment. Our sales person… actually lied to us when she didn't know the answers to her questions. Actually had to come back for a scheduled service with the car and it was A disaster. They forgot to schedule it or put it in the system so we got there the guys in service have no idea why were there where our loaner was or what was going on Service guys are great and also one of the managers Brian was amazing Other than that I would go somewhere else they are just out for your moneyI gave them a challenge say the least

They by far went above and beyond my expectations to put me in the car of my… choice. I chose a crosstrek hybrid which all the components are NOT covered under their "lifetime drivetrain Warranty" they offer , but they went thru Subaru and helped me obtain the 7yr 70000 warranty for a reasonable price...I left with my car a happy camper. Even though it might not be their brand, however the level of customer service, attention and concerns was at the top I ever experienced with car dealerships. Our salesman, Frank was very… attentive, answer all questions and doubts that we might have about the car. Store manager went beyond his responsibilities and help with negotiations and additional services which we wanted. We never heard word NO from neither Frank or his manger. Everyone was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Store has a good atmosphere with lots of snacks and drinks, which helped waiting to be more pleasant experience. Over all, we are highly recommending Goldstein Subaru for any car purchase. They have many choices besides Subaru, and all of high quality.
