We just purchased pre-owned Honda from this store. Even though it might not be their brand, however the level of customer service, attention and concerns was at the top I ever experienced with car dealerships. Our salesman, Frank was very attentive, answer all questions and doubts that we might have about the car. Store manager went beyond his responsibilities and help with negotiations and additional services which we wanted. We never heard word NO from neither Frank or his manger. Everyone was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Store has a good atmosphere with lots of snacks and drinks, which helped waiting to be more pleasant experience. Over all, we are highly recommending Goldstein Subaru for any car purchase. They have many choices besides Subaru, and all of high quality. Very happy we made our deal at this dealership.
