Just what I was looking for!

Basil Ford made my truck buying experience very easy. I was greeted by the sales manager as well as my salesman. I had an appointment which I think is important as they can get busy. They had the vehicle I wanted so the process was easy.… They gave a better trade in value than another dealership in town. My salesman was patient with getting my insurance information in order which took a while to get in the correct form. After the sale, both the sales manager and my salesman reached out to thank me for the purchase and to inquire if I needed anything else. It was entirely a no pressure sales experience.

Shifter bushing recall

Since my vehicle did not come with a spare, I needed service along with a new tire & possibly a rim. I was originally going to have my car towed to the Ford… Dealership that I purchased the car from & was slightly hesitant to bring it to a different Ford Dealership. I should NOT have worried at all. Alex & Angela in the Quick Lanes at Basil Ford in Cheektowaga, NY helped me out as if I was a long time customer of their Ford Dealership! I was very pleased how quickly they got me in & out after verifying my warranty with the Ford Dealership I purchased my vehicle at. All in all, excellent service under bad circumstances. I am both grateful and pleased. Thank you again to Alex, Angela, & the Tech who did such great work on my vehicle.Bronco!!!
