Basil Ford made my truck buying experience very easy. I was greeted by the sales manager as well as my salesman. I had an appointment which I think is important as they can get busy. They had the vehicle I wanted so the process was easy. They gave a better trade in value than another dealership in town. My salesman was patient with getting my insurance information in order which took a while to get in the correct form. After the sale, both the sales manager and my salesman reached out to thank me for the purchase and to inquire if I needed anything else. It was entirely a no pressure sales experience.
