Great experience at Lia Honda!
by Peggy T on 07/12/2025I walked into Lia Honda on a Sunday afternoon while out hiking hoping to find a particular color in a Honda CRV touring edition 2021 or 2022. The people working here are very friendly and helpful, Irene who handles internet sales greeted me… when I arrived and quickly introduced me to Jorge Campozano my salesman. After telling Jorge the specific car I was looking for he said he had just gotten a car in less than a week earlier and he proceeded to go find this car on their lot. I was so pleased and surprised they had exactly what I had been looking for. I didn’t even have my drivers license since I was a few miles away from my car so we did a test drive around the parking lot and I loved the car. I put a deposit on it that day. My husband who is a mechanic went by the dealership the next day and he also liked the car very much. He spoke with Jorge and Todd who is the general manager of this dealership and discussed the trade in value of my older CRV and financing and came to an agreement that we felt was a very fair deal. Finally my husband and I returned to Lia Honda on Tuesday afternoon with a bank check in hand to purchase the car. We met with Chris Corbett the finance manager who is also super helpful and friendly. He went over everything in detail regarding payments and even going with the extended warranty was able to keep within my budget. Our experience with Lia Honda was wonderful in all aspects. I would highly recommend this dealerships to my friends and family!!Peggy, thank you for your positive review and recommendation! Great customer service

From 2007 the present, I have relied on the service department for my vehicle maintenance. Over the years, I have encountered many service advisors, some… knowledgeable and others less so. During my recent visit, I had the privilege having Mr. Kole Verner as my service advisor. Not only was he highly knowledgeable but was also friendly and kept me well-informed throughout my visit regarding what was needed and how long I would be waiting. If there was a rating system Mr. Verner is a 10 out of 10.Kathleen, thanks for your 10/10 for Kole! We're thrilled you always enjoy working with the Lia Honda team for your automotive needs. Be very careful when reviewing finance paperwork

These were products I did not want yet if they practically forced them down my throat. Fortunately, I noticed these… while signing and had it removed but it left a very sour taste in my mouth making it very difficult to recommend this dealership.Happy Honda driver

Not Your Typical Car Salesman or Dealership
by JJM on 11/27/2024We had a pleasant experience purchasing a 2025 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring. We are convinced that we had this experience due to the professionalism of our sales person Barry Weiss. From beginning the sales process to final delivery Barry Weiss… was our advocate. This was evidenced by ensuring that we received fair value for our trade ins. Barry also went the distance in securing the vehicle we wanted which happens to be a rare color. We have nothing but kudos for the dealership including Chris Corbett who explained all of the optional add ons but was not at all pushy. If you're in the market for a new Honda stop at Brewster first. Great Buyer Experience!
by William G on 08/09/2024updated 08/20/2024Lia Honda of Brewster has truly earned my five star rating for another highly postive buying experience where my wife and I took delivery of 2025 Honda Pilot Sport on 07/30/24. It was a straightforward customer cash plus Honda Finance… Company financed purchase for a particular trim package that was promptly located and shipped in from another regional Honda dealer. Loan interest offered was very favorable in a tough economic climate. Like any good business, the excellent customer experience always requires a well-coordinated team, and willingness to make the extra effort on behalf of customer. Leading examples of Lia staff that made this transaction seamless included: Jorge Camposano (Sales Associate): Most of our interactions were with Jorge who expertly guided us through the ~15 day process from intial greeting to the drive-away. Even though relatively new to the Lia operation, Jorge quietly demonstrated keen listening skills, broad knowledge of the product, ways of trading off features versus cost, excellent command of the Lia business model, a knack for clear communications and diligent followup where necessary. Judging by his ease and effectiveness in interacting with colleagues from other departments, it was clear that he had already earned their respect for his contributions on the floor. This was reassuring to observe and gave us confidence of his ability to obtain what's right by the Lia customer in any situation. As one example of Jorge Camposano’s extra effort for the customer, he assisted us after the sale in obtaining a $500 refund due customer which had been initially overlooked. Serving as our in-house advocate with accounting and management over a period of several days, the full refund was deposited in our account. Thank you Jorge and Lia Honda of Brewster for taking care of the customer! Matthew Sprague (Finance and Leasing Consultant): This deal closing occurred on the next to last day of the month and we were expecting a hectic end of month ordeal. Despite significant number of other buying customers arriving at appointed times, our first impression was the considerable Finance staff on hand to handle the job. Signing our paperwork during closing was smooth and easily understood. The rigor of the signing process was made briefer and easier than our past experience by Matt's focused, yet patient, approach, clear explanations/instructions, well organized customer folders and tablet based eSignature tools. Thank you Lia Honda of Brewster for this excellent buying experience! We will definitely start our next car buying search right here.Thank you for your very encouraging words about our awesome team, William.
