I also liked the inspection to let me know the tire and brake condition with out being pushy and… aggressive to make any repairs.We're glad to hear that your visit went so well. by Jacqueline_V on 04/08/2015Showroom was appealing and welcoming. Salesman Rich Mounce treated me respectfully; answered my questions and concerns on Thursday. When I called on Sunday stating that I wanted to test drive the Mazda 3, he arranged that and we began… paperwork. Lou, of finance dept. was attentive and we reached a plan that was perfect for me. The transition from my 2002 Lincoln Navigator to the lease for my Mazda 3 i touring model was seamless, with paperwork completed by Bright Bay Mazda, even with my insurance company. I drove off the lot on Tuesday, February 24th, after Rich went over the special equipment in the car and synced my phone to Mazda's bluetooth. By the way, advertising for the Mazda 3's mpg is accurate. I have averaged 31.2 mpg since I have my Mazda 3 i touring model.Get yourself to Bright Bay Mazda!

I will recommend my friends and family. My only complaint is that i did not… get the satilite radio. Great dealer. In particular, Domenic, who… sold me the car, Lou, who processed my purchase, and loan application, Chris, who handled my previous vehicle's return and not the least, Regina A, Mgr. and Kevin L. Gen Mgr. who both left a fine impression with me through e-mails, to visit their dealership. Without any of them, there would not have have been a 2014 Mazda in my garage....By the bye, the showroom is an attractive and comfortable place to do business. I'm leasing the Mazda CX5, and I'm very happy with the deal I got--and the vehicle itself is really great! I didn't have that feeling of pressure or wonder what… kind of ridiculous things they were trying to get me to agree to. My sales associate Marino was very helpful and personable. Now I'm trying to convince my husband to trade in his car!!Prompt and Helpful

But if you're like most people, you're doing research online, you may already know… the features of the car before you walk into the dealership. And if you're on Edmunds, you'll also be walking in with the dealer invoice price on the tip of your tongue. I asked Bright Bay for a quote online and they gave it to me, lickety split. Then they emailed me even before business hours started the next day. Sorry, other dealer who wanted me to "come in" to see the car. Bright Bay sold me the car because they got back to me right away, were straightforward with the price, and in fact gave me a good price.Great experience!

He was knowledgable, friendly and professional. He was even attentive to our daughter,… keeping her engaged the entire time of our visit. I would never hesitate to recommend Bright Bay and more specifically Joe to friends and family. Buying a car can be a nerve wracking and stressful situation - Joe made it pleasant and fun. The salesperson there was very informative and gave us the attention that a person deserves. After making our final decision we were introduced to a woman who was so pleasant… and sincere. We later found out that she was the Sales Manager Peggy Foster. Peggy and her staff made us feel right at home and we left there knowing that we are in good hands. Kudos to Peggy and her staff and I would HIGHLY reccomend Peggy and her staff at Bright Bay Mazda.New Car Purchase

I've trended the Mazda line w/in every imaginable source, and have standardized on them, recently purchasing a CX5 (following prior Mazda3). The most painful aspect is finding an outfilt to buy it from… (there are reasons for stereotypes). I'm pleased to have found a professional, fair and candid dealership in Brightbay Mazda. Ask for Kevin L. - he was pleasant and transparent, quickly establishing how he and his sales team work. I bought the car because of he and his sales staff. I will continue to purchase subsequent vehicles from Mazda Brightbay provided manufacturer quality remains high and Kevin & Co represent them.
