The sales person, Rick Anthony, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions completely. He… listened to our "wish list" and found the perfect car for me!! When I came to pick up the car two days later the car was ready and spotless. Rick reviewed all the car features and services Atlantic Honda could provide. She was attentive with everything I informed her about and the difficulty I had with other… dealers. It was a breath of fresh air which is what I needed. Clyde, financial manager, was amazing as well. The work they put in for me to be happy is one I will not forget. Though I spent the entire day there but thats because I kept changing my mind of which car I wanted. What I appreciated is that they never once made me feel as if I was wasting their time. In fact, what they did say was, you need to be happy and that is what they made sure happened. I am happy!Amazing Experience

by DanielT on 11/17/2017Had to be the longest process Ive ever endured purchasing a car. Maybe it was Jays first day selling?? Nicole, David and Juan were great. The whole process took a total of 7+ hours spread over a Saturday and the following Wednesday.… The reason Im writing this now is that when Jay was switching plates one of the screws was rusted and he attempted to pry the plate around the screw and I stopped him. He then removed the entire bracket told me hed remove it with some help inside. I just looked at the plate now and noticed he ripped the plate off the bracket and mangled the plate. Atlantic, you really need to train your employees better.We're sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. Jay is our newest team member and currently still training so we appreciate your feedback and will certainly make sure he has the proper training in order to avoid this in the future. We do hope you enjoy your new Honda and if we can be of any assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to call.
