Came from Out of town for a Deal
by russ1234 on 10/02/2014I am from Erie County and was looking for a Good deal on a RAV-4. A friend has one and absolutely loveÂs it! I checked out the Toyota of Batavia website (Genesee County - Batavia) and found several that interested me. I was… met with very friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy, just wanted to help me find a best fit for my family. I cannot say enough about Sales Consultant Terri Moriarty, sales Manager Tony K and GM Matt Georger. Even the Assistant Service manager Ryan Sugg took as much time as I needed as he patiently explained the many features about the car. I wrote down all their names because they were all just so nice and helpful. I was surprised at how close it was and ended up saving a lot of money. My wife is looking forward to all wheel drive this winter. I am confident we will be back in the spring to look for another deal to replace our other car. Thank You again!Toyota of Batavia- Excellent in what they do!

He was able to answer every question I had and also make me feel… comfortable while purchasing my first vehicle. The management is excellent and it was a great experience overall. Not many people can say that about a dealership. Joe is personable, friendly, and professional. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family and will most definitely be back to Toyota of Batavia for my next car!Bought another car from Joe F!

For my past 3 cars, Joe F has significantly beat other quotes each time. He is… friendly, professional, efficient, and personable. I have recommended him to family and friends, all of whom have also purchased from him. I look forward to working with Joe in the future and will continue to go back to Toyota Batavia!Great customer service!

I had planned to buy a particular car that I found on their online inventory, but when I called the night before I was planning to visit the lot, the salesperson I spoke to, Terri M, told me that it had… unfortunately just been sold. However, she looked up other similar options that met my criteria, gave me descriptions and prices over the phone, and even offered to come in on her day off so she could show me around the lot. I test drove about five cars, and even though the last test drive was a "little" on the long side (due to a wrong turn I took on the road) and I know she probably had other plans on her day off, she was very patient and made sure that my concerns were addressed. There were only a couple issues with the car, and they were fixed by the time I picked it up. I love my 2007 Corolla--everything is working well. (One of the plastic hubcaps did fall off, but I've heard that that does happen, since that type of hubcap isn't securely screwed in.) One month in, and I'm happy with my purchase. Thanks to all the staff!Satisfaction of sale

Ask for Joe he'll help you get the vehicle you want without all the pressure you get from bigger dealerships! Onnalee in the finance office was very friendly and helpful,… a pleasure to deal with! Service is awesome they get you in right away and don't BS you about what you need done! I whole heartedly recommend Toyota of Batavia and will buy another car from Joe!
