Terrific customer service! I had planned to buy a particular car that I found on their online inventory, but when I called the night before I was planning to visit the lot, the salesperson I spoke to, Terri M, told me that it had unfortunately just been sold. However, she looked up other similar options that met my criteria, gave me descriptions and prices over the phone, and even offered to come in on her day off so she could show me around the lot. I test drove about five cars, and even though the last test drive was a "little" on the long side (due to a wrong turn I took on the road) and I know she probably had other plans on her day off, she was very patient and made sure that my concerns were addressed. There were only a couple issues with the car, and they were fixed by the time I picked it up. I love my 2007 Corolla--everything is working well. (One of the plastic hubcaps did fall off, but I've heard that that does happen, since that type of hubcap isn't securely screwed in.) One month in, and I'm happy with my purchase.
