by MFC Cheaters on 09/13/2023Castilone Dodge diagnosed the problem correctly, needed viscous coupler as well as rear diff. I was worried it may be transmission related due to hard shifting, they were sure it was not the transmission. Work would have been done on time… if the parts were available. Differential was back-ordered. 12 available at other dealers, first one arrived and was defective. We were given a rental due to warranty on first differential. Second differential took over two weeks to arrive from some other dealership. They were able to get me a price break on the the viscous coupler due to low mileage and lack of part availability.Great Customer Service! Thank you!

by Bat_Jax on 03/27/2023Scheduled a NYS Inspection and replacement of serpentine belt; technician found left front tie rod starting to fail. Very happy that I could be scheduled for the Inspection and belt just two days out; many places in my area are a week to… two weeks wait for an appointment. Repairs took the whole day, vs. 1/2 day due to the tie rod issue, but with an older car (2011 and 225,000 miles) I guess this comes with the territory. All things considered, I am happy with the repair.Great service from Alex

by ccallan on 08/25/2016Had a horrible experience at this dealership, I don't usually write reviews but this business does not provide quality services and charges for services that were not performed. I brought my car here for a detail and paid $215 for interior… and exterior cleaning. This is slightly more than I typically pay for a detail but wanted the convenience of being in town. Typically my car looks and smells new after a detail...not after going here. Upon picking up my vehicle I was asked to go out and look it over, in front of the person who cleaned the car. I have never been asked to do this and thought it was awkward as the customer. From a distance the car looked fine (and it was in a dark garage). When driving home I began noticing things weren't clean...the windows, the dash, the middle compartment, the seats, the cup holders still had wrappers in them. The car mats were vacuumed, but not under them. Two doors were over buffed and had left marks. I called and was told to bring the vehicle back. I brought it back and it was kept for 2 days. The exterior was fixed. The windows were cleaned but with a cloth that had wax on it and were streaked. The seats, doors, and dash still had dust on them and had not been touched. I contacted the dealership again and was told I would be called back...I have left messages still no response. Horrible customer service.Amazing Service
by canadiana1 on 03/03/2014updated 06/14/2025On our way back to Canada, late at night we heard a terrible sound like a blown tire but it wasn't. We called the next morning and they took us in right away. The bolts that were needed were not in stock and not available nearby so they… took the parts off another vehicle and replaced ours so we could go back home. They did all this within a couple of hours and for a very reasonable price... They were definitely about putting the customer first. Thanks!
