Had a horrible experience at this dealership, I don't usually write reviews but this business does not provide quality services and charges for services that were not performed. I brought my car here for a detail and paid $215 for interior and exterior cleaning. This is slightly more than I typically pay for a detail but wanted the convenience of being in town. Typically my car looks and smells new after a detail...not after going here. Upon picking up my vehicle I was asked to go out and look it over, in front of the person who cleaned the car. I have never been asked to do this and thought it was awkward as the customer. From a distance the car looked fine (and it was in a dark garage). When driving home I began noticing things weren't clean...the windows, the dash, the middle compartment, the seats, the cup holders still had wrappers in them. The car mats were vacuumed, but not under them. Two doors were over buffed and had left marks. I called and was told to bring the vehicle back. I brought it back and it was kept for 2 days. The exterior was fixed. The windows were cleaned but with a cloth that had wax on it and were streaked. The seats, doors, and dash still had dust on them and had not been touched. I contacted the dealership again and was told I would be called back...I have left messages still no response. Horrible customer service.
