David was very helpful answering questions and providing me with the information I needed to narrow my choices and make a decision. I felt like David was a consultant and not trying to… "sell me" on anything - he was simply helping me with the information I needed. What brings me back to their dealership is simply they are good people to do business with. They are honest and forthright in… negotiating, give a fair deal, and explain the rationale for their trade in values and pricing. You don't have to haggle at Mangino's, you simply get the best deal. The staff, from John in sales, Ralph the GM, Joe the Service manager, Kristen at the service desk-everyone there is, like their commercials say, family. No matter what my reason for going in, big problem or simple question, they treat me well and solve my problems. Good Salesman

Walked a way and got quote from another dealer that was more in line with where I thought the price should be. I liked the the salesman, John Schultz, and wanted to give… him the business. But the price was way off. Visited the lot a second time and seen a Verano that might work for me and John went to the owner to work pricing out and I was pleasantly surprised. I was very happy after that and took delivery of that vehicle. John went above and beyond to make a bad deal a positive one.Easy to do business with

I think they need more sales people that are willing to take the time to explain features on the cars when a customer purchases a car, instead of always looking for "the sale". Although, they are… very pleasant and friendly.
